We’re a tiny workshop, not a big warehouse — thanks for your patience!
Every SightSync is handmade, so small quirks are part of its personality.

Shipping

• Where we ship: U.S. and Canada only.

• Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

• Carrier: USPS for most shipments. Tracking information will be provided by email.

• Delivery times: U.S. orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. Canadian orders may take 7–14 business days and may be subject to customs delays.

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout.
  
  

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos if there’s a problem.

• We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

• Returns can’t be accepted for normal wear and tear or misuse.
  
  

Warranty

• SightSync is handmade and tested before shipping.

• We don’t offer a formal warranty.

• The scope/bino sight component is sourced from a third-party manufacturer and cannot be repaired or replaced by us.

• If you encounter issues, please reach out — we want you to enjoy your SightSync, and we’ll do our best to help.
